This information is for those having much sex...

Think having too much sex would make you happy? Think again! Scientists claim too much sex does not make people happier.
They discovered that increasing the amount you usually have could induce minor depression.
According to Tech Times, an academic team has just published the findings from its extensive research "between the sheets".

The researchers from Carnegie Mellon University said that while people with healthy sex lives are generally happy, it's not necessarily linked to the amount of sex they're having.

The academics found having more frequent sex didn't decrease the desire for it or enjoyment, but instead, they suggested, the slight decrease in happiness was likely down to the fact of being asked to do something more rather than letting it happen naturally.

For Ladies – 7 Ways To Look Simply Beautiful

The saying goes that there’s only one opportunity to make a good first impression. This saying applies to all
aspects of our lives, but especially to our personal appearance. Having a good appearance doesn’t mean having the most famous trend or the most expensive
clothing that exists, but being clean, neat and tidy. It brings us safety and harmony, it boosts our self-esteem
and makes our husbands fall in love with us again and again. Who could ask for anything more?
Looking good must be a priority, this is why I will give you some advice about the things you can include in your daily list in order to always look confident and beautiful.

1. Perfume
It doesn’t matter if it is citric or sweet, put a good fragrance on your skin because it makes you feel fresh and clean. However, as time goes by, the scent can disappear. It is a good option to have in your purse a small travel-size perfume.

2. Hair
Having healthy and shiny hair is not everything. It is also important to always have brushed and clean hair.
Take a hairbrush with you since you never know when a strong wind can damage your hair.

3. Natural looking make-up
Natural looking make-up is much better than having an unwashed face. This makes us look more feminine and concerned about ourselves. It is good to remember that it is better to apply makeup with natural light rather than artificial light, because the artificial light changes the colors that are seen outside. If you like, you can carry a
make-up kit to use during the day.

3. Comfortable, yet discreet, clothing
Many women like to wear wide necklines and short dresses. Nevertheless, in my conversations with men, I have realized that they prefer less revealing clothing. It is not necessary to be revealing in order to call people’s
attention. In the same manner, avoid using tight clothing, prominent necklines and short skirts. It is
much better to use clothing that is your correct size. Make sure you pay attention to these details when buying clothing.

4. Wear comfortable shoes

Nigerian men are always in a rush when it comes to sex- sex expert says

In an interview with City People magazine, pastor Akingbade said Nigerian men see foreplay and other activities before intercourse as a waste of time. She says to have a bliss marital life, great sex must be incorporated and that the woman should not be seen as an object just to 'release' into.

Health Tips: HOW TO HANDLE MENSTRUAL PAINS IN 7 SIMPLE WAYS!

cramps 450x299 Health Tips: HOW TO HANDLE MENSTRUAL PAINS IN 7 SIMPLE WAYS!
1: DISCOVER WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

Pain has a lot to do with the mind. Ladies seem to have different ways of reducing pain…and each of these unique ways could work wonders! Discover and embrace what works for you—provided it is not harmful. Know yourself!

2: DO SOME EXERCISE

Stretching, walking, or any exercise (in general) has been proven to reduce pain. Exercises make the body produce some powerful chemicals in the body called endorphins—endogenous morphines—that ”kill” pain! Try curling into a ball! Breathing deeply, from the tummy (see it rise and fall), is very helpful for relaxation! Do something…move!

3: USE HOT PADS ON TUMMY

Hot water bottles, heating pads, or even compress with towel soaked in warm water on the tummy (especially below the navel) could be very helpful. Be careful not to burn yourself! Also try a warm bath and hot tea. It works like magic for some ladies!

4:ENJOY SOME MASSAGE

Rubbing, squeezing, and pressing the tummy, the lower parts of the back, and the waist works for most ladies, especially if the pain isn’t the very severe type. Try this out!

5: TAKE SOME PAIN-KILLERS

Some simple pain-relieving drugs (like Ibuprofen and diclofenac) could be gotten from reliable pharmacy as over-the-counter drugs. These are especially helpful when you start taking them before the pains start, say 3 days before onset on menses and menstrual cramps. Make sure you eat before taking these drugs—taking them into empty stomachs could cause sypmtoms of “ulcer”. Some people say they find Multivitamins helpful too—but, I don’t know why o!

6: CHOOSE TO FEEL GOOD

After all is said and done, we can choose our feelings. Try your hobbies, lie down under a revolving fan, watch movies, read a book, try drawing, play some music, sing, dance, go out for a walk! Do anything that will distract you and make you feel good. Or, have a good sleep! Good luck experimenting!

7: GO SEE A DOCTOR

Menstrual pains could get severe, and out of hand! I have few patients that I have to admit in order to treat their menstrual cramps—nothing short of admission and some doses of heavy pain drugs will help them! You may have to see a medical doctor as the pain may be due to other causes. Also, there are advanced ways of handling pains.
