Winner: Dillish does it for the ladies!

Winner: Dillish does it for the ladies!
After expressing her desires to be the first woman to win the Big Brother grand prize since Zambia's Cherise did so seven seasons ago, Dillish has done it for all of Africa's women!

The gorgeous Namibian started her Chase race as the proverbial underdog and was labeled everything from lazy, to a pampered princess. As the Chase rolled on however, Dillish quickly emerged as a very strong contender for the Chase title and won her fellow Housemates and Africa over, with her quirky, accented alter ego, aptly titled Princess Dillish.

The Namibian made sure to stay away from trouble and coasted through the Chase by taking her place behind the scenes. While her fellow Housemates got themselves into hot water, fighting and gossiping their way to what they hoped was the top of the mountain, Dillish remained grounded and maintained cordial relations with her fellow Housemates.

The only time the Namibian got herself in a spot of trouble was when she and her good friend, Nigeria's Melvin, had a disagreement after she told her fellow Housemates about a relationship he was involved in, which was less than stellar. Dillish and Cleo proved to all and sundry that women are indeed a force of nature. The two hotties pipped their male counterparts, Elikem and Melvin to the Top 2, as well as their close friend Beverly.

Before the big news was delivered, Pebbles the fish surprised all and sundry with one last speech. "On behalf of myself and the other fish, I would like to congratulate you on your amazing feat. You are the specialest ladies in Africa," Pebbles said.

However, one thing is clear! Tonight is Dillish's night and oh what a moment it was! As soon as the Namibian was announced the winner of the Chase, the Namibian broke down in a heap of tears at the realisation that she has a cool USD 300 000 sitting in her bank account. Yes Africa. She came, she saw and she conquered. In heels even! Congratulations to Delicious Dillish!

Finale: Lovers reunite!

Finale: Lovers reunite!
The Finale stage was chockfull of moments that would melt the coldest of hearts.

As soon as Beverly's heels touched the Live Eviction Stage, her man Angelo stood waiting, arms wide open. When the Nigerian turned around to see what the commotion behind her was about, she caught a glimpse of her dreadlocked man and ran straight into his arms.

Angelo and Beverly were one of the couples who made this season memorable. Who can forget their saucy shenanigans in the bedroom after every Channel O party?
Another couple that reunited on the Live Eviction stage was Polikem.

When Elikem made his way to the stage after being Evicted from the House, pretty Pokello was waiting. The two lovers ran into each other's arms and shared a passionate clinch that definitely sent temperatures soaring. Once they had reluctantly pried their lips apart, Pokello showed off her outfit, which was pimped out with a tape measure, a style made famous by her man Elikem, who is a tailor. "I'm down for you baby," she said, as Elikem beamed proudly.

Finale: Elikem takes the third spot

Finale: Elikem takes the third spot
Ghanaian Housemate Elikem has become the third Finalist to be Evicted this evening.

Following Melvin and Beverly's Evictions, the trendy tailor, who was looking as dashing as ever in one of his colourful creations, was the next Chasemate to make an exit from the Ruby House.

He may not be walking away with the USD Grand Prize but the young Housemate managed to bag himself the coveted title of the Most Romantic Gesture for his breakfast in bed for Pokello. This means that the Ghana man is walking away with an amazing holiday package valued at USD 10 000! "I am taking Pokello no doubt," shouted the Ghana man.

Over the past 91 days, Elikem proved to be quite a strong contender in The Chase, he dodged the Evictions bullet more than once. He also found himself at the centre of the biggest clash in The Chase, which saw the Ghanaian getting his first Strike in the game and saw Tanzania's Nando being Disqualified.

But throughout it all he showed himself to be a man with a good head on his shoulders. In his time in the House; he also had the hearts of the ladies of Africa skipping a beat, thanks to his stylish fashion sense.

But as for his own heart, it seems to belong to only one and that is Zimbabwe's Pokello. Together they formed one of The Chase’s most beloved couples; Polikem and tonight the twosome have once again been reunited and they celebrated with a sweet kiss!

Congratulations to you Elikem on having made it this far!

Finale: Elikem is the Most Romantic Chasemate

Finale: Elikem is the Most Romantic Chasemate
Elikem is the Most Romantic Housemate of The Chase and walks away with a holiday valued at USD 10 000.

After three months of Africa Voting for their Most Romantic Gesture on a weekly basis, Elikem serving his girl Pokello breakfast in bed won the hearts of Big Brother The Chase viewers.

MRG

Though Hakeem proved to be quite the romantic with his real marriage proposal to his lady love Cleo, the gifts he brought her when they met in the Rendezvous Room and him asking her on a date during the first week of The Chase, it was Elikem's sole Romantic Gesture that hit the spot. Meanwhile, Koketso's strawberries and cream also failed to make the cut.

Finale: Beverly and Melvin out!

Finale: Beverly and Melvin out!
After holding on for dear life and making it to the Finale, Nigeria's hopes of snatching the Chase crown went up in flames this evening, when Beverly and Melvin became the first two Chasemates in the Top 5 to be booted out.

The two Nigerians received the lowest votes after an intense round of voting this week. You could hear a pin drop as the Housemates, all dressed to the nines, sat in the lounge and awaited their fate. With USD 300 000 at stake, it is a given that nerves would be more than frayed.

The Top 5 held hands and mumbled silent prayers under their breath. When Live Show host IK finally decided to put the Chasemates out of their misery, Beverly unfortunately was the first to get the chop. Beverly ran her Chase race like a true soldier and made history for having never been Nominated for possible Eviction during her entire stay in the Big Brother House.

The sexy lingerie model even Chased love and eventually found it in South African choreographer and fellow Chasemate, Angelo. Melvin, on the other hand, was a model of sheer humility and kindness and proved to be very thoughtful throughout his Chase. The Nigerian became the first and only Housemate to sacrifice himself during a particularly difficult Nominations week.

Melvin, who was Head of House at the time, decided not to save himself from the Eviction gallows and left the Nominations list as is. Last week, he also chose to forego the possibility of winning himself jewellery worth USD 1 000 and gave his fellow Chasemates the opportunity to fight it out amongst themselves.

Despite not winning the USD 300 000 grand prize, we are proud to say that these two young African's are winners in their own right! Congratulations to them for reaching the Finale!

Mtn wont just stop amazing me The other day, I posted a tutorial on how to get free 3.GB on your mtn line and am glad a lot of people got the free tweaks before it was blocked. I just checked my sim now and I discover that one of the sim in which the free 3GB was activated is working back again; faster and better than before. Could this be magic sim?

If you succeeded in sending 100H to 131 and you are given mtn free 3GB but unable to use it, just make sure you configure your apn like this;
Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Username:web
Password:web

And to those whose sim 7.5GB was transferred to and you are sure you did not finish it before it was wiped, just try and browse with your sim because it is rocking like Jet Li
feast. Make sure you dont send 2 to 131 at all if not it will be blocked.

I also learn
t Mtn is now working on some Android phone but not all.. I will update us about it.

Note 2 if you successfully have any MB on your sim always share to other sims and browse from there ASAp..

EXPOSED!! Why Glo Dropped Ramsey Noah, Rita Dominic, Uche Jombo, others As Ambassadors

The last has certainly not been heard of the unceremonious axing of Ramsey Noah, Rita Dominic, Mike Ezuruonye, Monalisa Chinda, Nonso Diobi, Uche Jombo and Odunlade Adekola as Globacom ambassadors. Because there is no official disclosure as to why they were droppedand Chioma Chukwuka, Ini Edo, Funke Akindele and Desmond Elliot retained, different reasons are still being propounded.
The latest of them is sounding very plausible.
It was disclosed to us by a highly influential TV producer who has his tentacles in every facet of the Nigerian entertainment industry. According to him, the reason Noah and co were axed by the telecommunications firm is simply because they were the ones among the ambassadors who, like Oliver Twist, dared to ask for more from the multibillion naira organisation.
When D’Banj was also a Globacom ambassador, he also asked for more and was also unceremoniously shown the door. As at press time, however, Globacom was yet to respond to TON’s enquiries on the issue.

Why We Dislike Nigerians With A Passion – Republic Of Benin People

One would have thought that there would be mutual love and respect between Nigerians living in Benin Republic and indigenes of the neighbouring country, especially as they interact on a daily basis in their business and social lives.

This is not so, however, going by Saturday PUNCH’s investigation which revealed that there is a discreet hostility from the Béninoise to Nigerians living in their country.

Although Nigerians abound in the country -both as students or workers – there is usually an aggressive attitude once a Benin indigene realises that one is a Nigerian. The only people that seem to love Nigerians in the country are their females.

A Nigerian businessman, Promise Nwadigos of Digos Worldwide Limited, told Saturday PUNCH that he visits Benin Republic regularly because of the nature of his business. According to the civil engineer, the men of Benin do not like Nigerians because their women easily fall in love with Nigerians. He also added that an average Benin man was lazy and expected his wife to be the breadwinner of the family.

He said, “I come here every two weeks because of my car business and also, I import white cement from India and marbles too. It is cheaper to ‘clear’ the goods here than in Nigeria. Most young men that come here would want to live at ease.

“I’ll prefer to date a girl from Benin Republic than a Nigerian girl because they do not ask for money. In a scenario where you would give a Nigerian girl N5,000 her, a Benin girl would rather you feed her, accommodate here and give her N1,000. Benin people are not rich. Most of them are low-income earners; so whatever happens here is mostly done by Nigerians.”

Nwadigos added that Béninoise girls like Nigerian men because they (Nigerian men) work very hard and take care of the women.

He said, “They like Nigerian guys because we are hard working and decision makers. The women work the most here. Their men are the type of people that tie wrapper and wait for their women to bring food for them. An average Nigerian guy will work and want to impress his lady with his success. I know that some of the men here in Benin do not like Nigerians. For instance, if you take a cab and they find out you are a Nigerian, they are always aggressive, even with their bikes.

“Their girls like us, they don’t just like us because we are Nigerians, they like us because we are hard working, we know what we are doing and we are rich. They love us for our hard work. Most of their men here are taxi drivers and they do not go to school. Some are palm wine tappers, some sell bread. They live a useless life.”

However, an estate agent in the country, Cena Rodrick, told Saturday PUNCH that Nwadigos claims were not true. He stated that Béninoise men were hard working. He acknowledged that there was hostility towards Nigerians but said it was because some Béninoise have been swindled occasionally by Nigerians; especially the Igbos.
