This year, Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy won the ‘Best International Act Africa’ award and a few people have spoken up about the fact that he received his award hours before the actual event started.
Stonebwoy was nominated alongside Sarkodie, South Africa’s AKA and The Soil, Congolese singer Fally Ipupa, Kenyan Afro-Pop band Sauti Sol, and two Nigerian Pop stars, Wizkid and Yemi Alade.
Dencia and Yemi Alade expressed their distaste for BET’s way of doing things on social media just after Fuse ODG did the same earlier.

NDLEA Reportedly Investigating Davido For Drug Use
According to some unconfirmed sources, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency is investigating Davido for promoting and using drugs in his Fans Mi video featuring Meek Mill.In the video, which has gone viral since it was released earlier this month, Davido is seen discussing with an unidentified man as they haggle over a briefcase of dollars and a bag full of hard drugs.
