Photos: Chelsea fan tattoos Mikel Obi's name on his butt

Chelsea fan, Lee Mitchell wrote on his twitter page on Sunday January 5th that he will tattoo Mikel's name or Chelsea badge on his butt if the Chelsea midfielder scored against Derby in the FA Cup. He probably thought the chances of Mikel scoring was very low...because the Nigerian player had only scored 3 goals in his seven-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge. Unfortunately for Lee that day Mikel scored his fourth goal.

Lee Mitchell went through with his promise and got the tattoo. See the photos below...

Aviation Minister Stella Oduah erases education references online after SR report

I saw the Sahara Reporters news yesterday but decided to leave it alone until the Minister responds to the allegations. And she has, by erasing her educational references online after SR's report hit the net.

According to the report by Sahara Reporters, Aviation Minister Stella Odua's Master's degree which she claimed to have obtained from St. Paul’s College Lawrenceville, Virginia, US and presented to the Senate in 2011 as a ministerial nominee, is fake, because the school does not offer graduate programs.

Sahara Reporters learned from the President of the college that it has never in its 125-year history had a graduate school or graduate program. The Provost Vice President of Academic Affairs, and the Vice President of Institutional Development said “We don’t offer any graduate programs here.”

Premium Times went digging and it looks like the allegation is true because by 4pm today, her profile page on Facebook was edited and all traces of St. Paul’s College was removed from the account. It was also removed from her Wikipedia page and her biography on the Ministry of Aviation website. See screen grabs below...

Singer Ciara writes an open letter to bloggers

It's a season of open letters and singer Ciara has written one to bloggers. Lol. She's sick to death of negative bloggers and comments and pens an open letter urging people to stop...

Ciara writes on her personal blog,
I used to sometimes like visiting some of the blog sites to see what new things are happening in the world! Things like cool photos, current events, etc. But nowadays it seems like there's a competition with sites on "Who Can Tear Someone Down the Most." The stories are going from cool and creative to pure drama. Even the comment sections are beginning to get out of control and people are using the platforms to exercise a false sense of power.
People sure do have a lot of courage when they are anonymous. It's like a "Who Can Say the Nastiest Comment Game." I click onto some of the comments from something as fun as an Instagram post that you're sharing with your fans, and a person finds a way to turn a positive post into a negative. I think to myself, "I could pick this person apart so bad but what for? Why act ugly like them?" It honestly takes the fun out of it when people seem so miserable.

  • BBM for Android Beta Update Brings Voice, Channel support

  • Beta test is part of tests for a computer product prior to commercial release. Beta testing, according to Webpedia is the last stage of testing, and normally can involve sending the product to beta test sites outside the company for real-world exposure or offering the product for a free trial download over the Internet. Beta testing is often preceded by a round of testing called alpha testing.

Nonetheless, the new version of the app is currently being pushed out to select individuals via the Blackberry Beta Zone. This isn’t a minor update, either. Not only does version 200.0.0.138 add BBM Voice, there’s also BBM channels, improved photo/file sharing, new emoticons and more.

With BBM Voice, Android users of the app will finally be able to call other BBM Voice members in a fashion similar to other VoIP calling services such as Skype. As for Channels, basically this allows you to create or sign up for a discussion group.

Although these channels could be useful for regular everyday Android users, Blackberry anticipates that the main purpose will be for companies to open groups as a means of communicating with their customers.

How to Resolve No Sound on Windows Computer

One of the most common issues experienced in computers is "no sound" problem. The issue can be due to incorrect volume settings, cable connections not connected properly or corrupted audio drivers.

    Steps:

    1.Adjust the sound settings
*.You will find a Sound icon in the task bar, right click on it and select ¡°Adjust Audio Properties¡± and ensure that the checkbox beside Mute is unchecked. If this box is checked, uncheck it and click on Advanced and move the sliders so that all the Settings are set to their maximum.
*.In windows vista and Windows 7, we have Volume Mixer. Make sure that mute is not enabled and slider is at is maximum position.
*.If the audio icon is missing from the task bar, click on Start menu and select Control Panel.
*.If you are Classic View, double click on ¡°Sounds and Audio devices¡± and select the checkbox beside Place Volume icon in the taskbar and click on OK.

2.Test with different audio applications such as Real Player or VLC player.

    3.Install Audio Codecs
*.You may face sound problems when the required codecs are missing, therefore I recommend you to install audio codecs that are required for your windows.

    4.Visit the link:

    http://www.free-codecs. com/Audio_Codecs.htm

to download audio codecs for free.

    5.Try System Restore.
*.If the issue persists after adjusting the audio settings then perform System Restore
*.In windows xp, Click on Start menu and select All Programs
*.Click on Accessories and System Tools, select System Restore to open it.
*.In windows 7 and Vista, click on Start button and just type system restore in Search.
*.Select System Restore from the results.
*.Follow the System Restore wizard by selecting the first option ¡°Restore my computer to an earlier time¡±.

6.After you have restored your notebook to a previous time, check the sound in the notebook.

7.If restoring the System will not fix the issue, try the following steps:
    *.Windows Audio Service
*.Check with the audio service i.e Windows Audio Service,
*.Hold Windows Key and R simultaneously which will open Run window.
*.Enter services.msc and click on OK.
