'Don't call her my son' R-Kelly finally addresses transgender daughter

In case you haven't heard, R&B legend R Kelly has a transgender daughter with ex-wife and star of Hollywood exes, Andrea Kelly. 14 year old Jaya Kelly (pictured right) now goes by the name Jay after she revealed she/he has identified as male since he was 7 years old. She's dumped her female clothes and strictly wears clothes and even cut her hair. Jay admitted that her father recently found out about her transition to a boy but her mum and sister have known for a while and are supportive.

Well, R.Kelly may know that his daughter now calls herself a boy but he's definitely having difficulty coming to terms with it. When asked about it during an interview at the WCGI Summer Jam this week, R.Kelly shut the reporter up when he referred to Jaya as his son.
"Well, first off don’t start by calling her my son. As far as that’s concerned, always believe what you see - with your own eyes that is. That’s the best way to go about this business. I’ve heard a lot of things about a lot of people and it was never true.”
Awwww, a father in denial. See more photos of Jaya/Jay Kelly below...

"Any type of proof may be produced, including reports from referees, declarations from the parties and witnesses, material evidence, audio or video recordings’. the committee said.

A decision on whether he is guilty of biting or not will be published before Saturday when Uruguay will play Colombia.

  • Video Comment:After seeing a shot on the turn clear the bar and a header saved by the goalkeeper in the opening minutes, Dzeko came back down the pitch in search of the ball and was successful with a longer range attempt midway through the first half. Picking up the ball from 40 yards out from Miralem Pjanic, the Roma midfielder who initiates most of Bosnia’s attacks, Dzeko carried the ball forward then cut inside to make room for a left foot shot that found Alizera Haghighi’s bottom left corner with some precision. Perhaps the goalkeeper should not have been beaten from outside the area by a low shot that was less than thunderously struck, yet Dzeko aimed for exactly the right area. Bosnia-Herzegovina 3 – 1 Iran.

The African football legends have described as phenomenal the performance of the Super Eagles goalkeeper at the ongoing 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil

Former Nigeria captain Austin Okocha has heaped praises on Nigeria’s first choice goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama for his brave showing against Argentina on Wednesday night.

Lionel Messi’s brace inspired Alejandro Sabella’s men to a 3-2 victory over the Super Eagles but the Lille of France player posted a five-star performance to keep the scoreline respectable.

According to Okocha who captained Nigeria to the 2002 edition of the World Cup co-hosted by Korea/Japan, Enyeama is Nigeria’s man of the competition while insisting his former national teammate deserves more accolades.

With the Albiceleste wrapping up their spot
in the next round thanks to a perfect group-stage record, their star forward vowed that there is still more to come Lionel Messi pledged that his Argentina side would keep improving after they finished top of their group at the World Cup.

La Albiceleste defeated Nigeria 3-2 to finish
top of Group F with wins in all three games,
meaning they will face one of France, Switzerland or Ecuador in the next round.

Messi, who scored twice against the African
side to take his tournament tally to four,
did not hide his desire for the team to step
up their performance level as the competition enters its tougher phase.

“We saw a good Argentina, despite the two
Nigerian goals. Now we want more, we have to keep improving,” he said to reporters.

“I think we have improved from the last [two] games. We played against a team that was going forward with good players.

“We said before: our strikers had to move a little bit more because we weren’t finding
spaces.
We had that today and we have to work, so the next game we won’t concede goals.”

The Barcelona forward also revealed that he was enjoying the atmosphere surrounding the tournament, as he bids to lead Argentina to their first World Cup trophy since 1986.

“It’s great to see so many people here. We were expecting it and in the previous games it was like that,” he continued.
“It’s beautiful what we’re living through these days, I hope we can keep giving them joy.

“It’s a strange World Cup, with results we weren’t expecting to see. We have to keep calm. We’re still behind our dream, the dream we all want.” Messi scored four of Argentina’s six goals
in the group stages and will be expected to lead his side out for their round of 16 fixture on July 1.
