(1a) ACCOUNT OF THE CALL OF ABRAM
When Abram was 75 years old, God told him to leave his fathers house in Haram to the place he is going to show him. He left with is wife sarai and his nephew Lot with all their belonging (sheep, camel,cattled e.t.c). When he got to shechem he made a tent for them to rest and God told him that he is going to bless him and make his name great.
After that Abram built an alter at shechem and sacrifice an oxen to God. He also change his name to Abraham and the promises are
1. To make him father of many nation
2. To make his name greater
3. To bless him
4. To become a blessing to nation
5. Those who curse him will be curse
6. And those who bless him wil be blessed
(1b) Significance of Abraham Call
i. To test the obedience of Abram and be Rewarded
ii. To know the faith of Abram
iii. To show Abram that God can bless him
iv. To make him the father of many nations
v. To Make a Promise with him (covenant)
(2a)There was two women precisely prostitutes who were fighting over the ownership of a living child.Solomon called the two women and made inquiries about who owns the baby.The first of the two women said that the child should be divided into two while the real mother of the living child said that instead of diving the child,it should rather be giving to the mother of the owner of the dead child for these two women were living together before as co-habitant. At this response,Solomon was able to perceive the real owner of the baby and therefore ordered the living child to be given to real mother.

The main features of the new covenants:
The new covenant is for all the nations of the world and not for israel alone.the new convenant was instituted by christ during the last supper where he declared:"This cup is the new covenant in my blood,which is shed for you".To be part of the new convenant one must accept jesus christ as his/her personal Lord and saviour. Also under the new convenant,the new israel (the choosen race) are the christians who are followers of jesus.The blessings of Abraham are available to christians all over the world who have accepted jesus christ.

-the new covenant thought the christian to live clean and holly life worthy of the gospel of Jesus christ
-christian receive the holy spirit as their administrator
(5a) The Rich man and Lazarus:
There was a rich man that lives in affluent long time ago. There was another man called Lazarus. The rich eat delicious meal while Lazarus eat the crumbs of the table of the rich man, the man called Lazarus as diseases, sore, and boils allover is body. eventually the Rich man died likewise Lazarus. Lazarus was carried to the bossom of Abraham where he was comforted in heaven but the rich man went to hell.
The rich men beg Abraham to please send Lazarus to deep is hand into water and come an drop it on is tongue to cool him down a bit because the torment was high. But Abraham said it was impossible seen a great pit was in between the Hell and the Heaven. The rich man begged Abraham to go and preach to his family remaining on earth but Abraham told him that the prophet and preacher's on earth are enough for the to be done.
(5b) LESSON FROM THE PARABLE:
i. We should remeber the poor in our affluence
ii. We should be obedient to the voice of the pastor's and preacher's
iii. It teaches us to make clean riches and wealth
iv. We should not focus on earthly things

Mission Of Philip To The Samarian:
1. Philip was to preach the Gospel at Samarian
2. He should comfort the churches at Samaria
3. He should give the testimony of how Paul is moving on with the gospel
