“Cosmetic lightening and hygiene creams ... that depigment the skin ... are now forbidden,The ban affects whitening creams and lotions containing mercury and its derivatives, cortisone, vitamin A or more than two percent hydroquinine, a lightening agent that is used to develop photographs.
