He made the announcement on Twitter just a week after he told a radio station that he planned to quit music. "After the new album, I'm actually retiring, man. I'm retiring," he told Power 106 on Dec 17.

Plane that broke down on Abuja runway was carrying bulletproof cars

The Saudi Arabian plane that broke down on the runway of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport on the 4th of December leading to the closure of the airport for over 20 hours was carrying 5 set of bulletproof cars weighing 58 tonnes and another set of five bullet proof cars weighing 42 tonnes, according to the Saudi Arabian Embassy.

In a bid to clear the air, the Embassy released a press release stating the content and who owned them. The statement in part reads

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas enters the Android Play Store

Just a week after we saw Grand Theft Auto San Andreads hitting the Apples App Store, the game is now available on Android Play Store as well.

The Android version of the game costs $6.99, weighs about 2.4GB, and requires Android 3.0 or later.

Just like the iOS edition, the Android one comes with high-resolution graphics that has been designed exclusively for mobile platforms, as well as optimized lightning, color palette and characters.

BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — Pedro Rodriguez filled in for Barcelona’s missing star forwards by netting a hat trick in 10 minutes before setting up Cesc Fabregas twice as the visitors erased a two-goal deficit in a wild 5-2 win at Getafe on Sunday.
Barcelona’s entertaining victory ensured the defending Spanish champions retained their share of the league lead with Atletico Madrid two rounds ahead of their meeting in the capital. Real Madrid needed a late goal by substitute Jese Rodriguez to earn a 3-2 victory at Valencia to stay in third place and five points behind its title rivals.

With Barcelona’s strike-duo Lionel Messi and Neymar unavailable, Getafe surged forward from the start and stunned the visitors’ shaky defense with two goals in 15 minutes. But Pedro led the comeback by scoring in the 34th, 41st and 43rd minutes to swing the match in Barcelona’s favor before halftime.

Pedro crossed for Fabregas to score his first goal in the 68th before Pedro provoked a penalty in the 72nd that Fabregas converted to secure the result. In his fifth season with Barcelona’s first team, the 26-year-old Pedro has settled for a role of reserve player with the occasional start. Despite his limited playing time, Pedro’s second treble of the season made him Barcelona’s leading scorer in the league with 10 goals, tied for fourth best overall.
“I’m happy, confident and taking advantage of the opportunities my coach gives me,” Pedro said. “The game was difficult. We didn’t play well in the first few minutes, but we switched it on and pulled out the win.”
Also, Athletic Bilbao beat Rayo Vallecano 2-1 at San Mames to strengthen its hold on fourth place. Raul Clavero, 27, a mechanic living in the Madrid suburb of Leganes, then realized that four other members of his family had also bought tickets with the same winning numbers. Millions of Spaniards had been glued to their televisions as 2.5 billion euros ($3.4 billion) in prize money was distributed in a four-hour TV show. Unlike lotteries that offer one large jackpot, Spain’s yuletide drawing sprinkles a variety of winnings on thousands of ticketholders.

Tales of joy and celebration were widely broadcast on TV stations, providing Spain’s struggling population a rare moment of joy after another year of a brutal financial crisis. Before Spain’s property-led economic boom imploded in 2008, ticket buyers often talked about spending their winnings on new cars, beach homes or fancy vacations. Now many Spaniards are just hoping to avoid having their homes or cars repossessed.
