For Men: 5 Questions You Must Never Ask Your Woman

The major complaint men have is that they don’t understand women. Women get angry for no reason, say “Yes” when they mean “No” and vice versa. You might never fully understand the way your woman’s mind works but here are a few questions you must NEVER ask her.
1, Are you wearing that?
Whenever you’re going out with your girl she puts her best into her appearance to look good for you. She’ll take this question to mean that you think she looks terrible and you’d rather not be seen with her with the way she’s dressed.
2, Don’t you think you should lose weight?
Most girls, whether skinny or fat, are somewhat self conscious about their bodies. That’s why this question is a bombshell. Your girl will assume that you’re calling her fat and she will take out all her frustration about her imperfections on you.
3, Do you want me to show you how my Ex used to do it?
Never, ever, compare your girlfriend with your ex. Don’t tell her how your ex used to dress or cook or how she was in bed. Never offer to teach her something that your ex used to do.
4, Would you like to have bigger b**bs?
A girl translates this to mean that her body is not to your satisfaction and that you wish she had bigger b**bs. This will make her insecure and you can be sure you’ll be attacked or suspected every time a large chested girl walks past.
5, Do you mind if I add my Ex on Facebook?
This is a horrible question to ask your girlfriend. This is one of those times when you’ll get an answer like “Go ahead” or “Do what you want”. For your own sake, don’t go ahead and don’t do what you want.
Remember guys, the most innocent and sincere question can be analyzed and twisted in your girlfriend’s mind till it becomes horrible so watch out!

7 Conversations You Must Have Before Marriage

As a relationship specialist, one of my biggest concerns has to do with all the emphasis that’s placed on the wedding day. Here are some topics to discuss with your spouse-to-be before the big day:
black-couple-in-bed-talking1. Will you have kids and, if so, how will you raise them? Assuming that you both want to be parents someday, how many do you want to have and how will you raise them as co-parents? Will they be raised under one religion? How do you expect to discipline them? What are your expectations about taking them on vacations? What are the expectations about who will be the primary caretaker? If one of you goes on parental leave, will that person be expected to eventually go back to work?
2. How will you manage your finances? What individual assets and debts will you bring to the marriage? Who will pay the bills? What will be considered a “big ticket” item and how much money can spend on a purchase before you should consult your spouse? How will you save? What are your financial goals and how will you reach them together? Will there be joint bank account or separate bank accounts? Will you each have an allowance of spending money and how much?
3. How will you spend free time? How do you expect to spend it — together or individually? Will you still have time with friends that doesn’t include each other? How often would you like to vacation and what kind of destinations would you like to visit? How will you let each other know if you feel like you need space?
4. Do you have expectations about s*x? How often will you have s*x? When is a good time? How will you keep your s*x life from getting boring? How will you share s*xual fantasies and desires? Do you have any boundaries when it comes to intimacy?
5. How will you divvy up chores?Who will do what in the home? If your spouse cooks dinner, are you expected to clean the dishes, pots and pans? Who will keep up with the maintenance around the house? Who will mow the lawn or take out the trash? Will the children lend a hand in the chores and will they be given an allowance? How will you divvy up the everyday load?
6. What can you do to openly communicate? How can you make sure that you keep your communication as good as it is now? How will you make sure to handle your conflicts appropriately? Will you check in with each other at the end of the day or once a week? What can you do as an individual to make sure that you keep the health of your marriage a priority?
7. Do you have any annoyances? What annoys you? What annoys your spouse-to-be? How will you let each other know when certain habits or behaviors bother you? How is it best to tell the other person about things regarding family that are upsetting?
Paraphrasing a famous commercial from years ago: the more educated you are, the better off you will be. So, have yourselves an intelligent and informative conversation so that when the big day arrives, you’ll have a ball!

For Men – 7 Ways To Keep Your man-hood healthy!!!

images (25)You can take steps to protect your man-hood health and overall health. For example:
1. Be sexually responsible. If you are not married, abstinence is the key. Use condoms and be faithful to your partner who’s been tested and is free of sexually transmitted infections.
2. Get vaccinated. If you’re age 26 or younger, consider the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to help prevent private part warts.
3. Stay physically active. Moderate physical activity can significantly reduce your risk of erectile dysfunction.
4. Practice good hygiene. If you’re not circumcised, regularly clean beneath your foreskin with soap and water.
5. Know your medications. Discuss medication use and possible side effects with your doctor.
6. Pay attention to your mental health. Seek treatment for depression and other mental health conditions.
7. Stop smoking and limit the amount of alcohol you drink. If you smoke, take the first step and decide to quit — then ask your doctor for help.
Remember, some man-hood problems can’t be prevented. However, routinely examining your man-hood can give you greater awareness of the condition of your man-hood and help you detect changes. Regular checkups can also help ensure that problems affecting your man-hood are diagnosed as soon as possible.
While you might find it difficult to discuss problems affecting your man-hood with your doctor, don’t let embarrassment prevent you from taking charge of your health.

Watermelon: The New s*x Drug For Men

download (17)
Men hoping for some fireworks in their love life this Fourth of July may want to skip the burgers and beer at the barbecue and eat plenty of…instead.
It turns out, watermelon may be a natural Viagra, says a researcher. That’s because the popular summer fruit is richer than experts believed in an amino acid called citrulline, which relaxes and dilates blood vessels much like Viagra and other drugs meant to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
Until recently, many scientists thought most of the citrulline was in the watermelon rind. But now, experts have discovered that there is more citrulline in the edible part than previously believed.
Why does this work?
The amino acid citrulline is converted into the amino acid arginine. This is a precursor for nitric oxide, and the nitric oxide, a blood vessel relaxer that enhances circulation to all your vital parts.
How much watermelon should you eat?
A typical 4-ounce serving of watermelon (about 10 watermelon balls) has about 150 milligrams of citrulline.

7 Reasons Ladies Fall For The Wrong Men!

wrong man
Here are a few reasons why women fall for the wrong man:
1. Ladies, you know how people always say, “Actions speak louder than words?” Well, this very saying is getting a lot of you in big trouble. Yes, actions do speak, but please understand actions also lie and in some cases lie more than words. Actions only speak louder when the heart and motives of the person pursing you is pure. If that is not the case, then what you have is manipulation and womanizing. Many men already know they can fool you with actions and words, so stop believing actions mean anything unless it’s done consistently over a long period of time. Don’t forget this consistency also includes you. Your job is not to sit around and watch what he does while you do nothing. That is selfish and speaks of fear, etc.
2. You have s*x with a man and become closer to him than you really think you are. s*x causes soul ties and makes you emotional, thus you feel closer to a man than you really are. I don’t have to tell you how to avoid this mistake you, because you already know. Good or great s*x will always cause a woman to be with a man longer than she should and be with the wrong man.
3. Women are moved by beautiful things like shoes, curtains, homes, candles and a handsome man. There is more to a man than his looks. If you fall easy for nice looking men, find out why and make the correction.
4. You are a 30+ year old woman who is worried about being married, having kids before a certain age, or believing the lie there is something wrong with you being single. Of course there is nothing wrong with you being single. When you do worry, you will settle for the wrong man or make the wrong choice in a man.
5. You allow your self-esteem or insecurities to allow you to settle for anyone who gives you a lot of attention. A man shouldn’t have to make you feel secure in yourself or about yourself. You should feel this way because you are a child of God. I know we all have insecurities we need to grow and work on, but don’t allow them to cause you to have bad relationships, push good people away, or cause you to fall for the wrong man.
6. Thinking you can change a man is a very common mistake and it will always cause women to stay with men who have no desire to change. Keep in mind there are men who do want to change and become better men, so I am not talking about those guys. I am talking about those who have no desire for anything more than they are already doing. Nothing.
7. You are afraid of being alone so you are with men for companionship, s*x, a warm body, dates, etc… Of course, when you do this, you can’t expect anything good to come from it. Thus, when something bad is the outcome, you will result to playing victim and adding to the hurt or bitterness you already carry in your heart.

Africa Rapper No.1, MI Abaga shared his experience of his early days in the music industry and how life was before he became a star.

According to M.I “I’m really proud of these indigenous art forms and it’s a blessing for me to be a part of an industry that has notable artistes such as Olamide, Phyno, Mr Raw and others in it.

Tell Kids About Right And Wrong Touches

touch1862581

A mother of a two-year-old daughter, Das knows she has to inform her child about right and wrong touches to her body but doesn’t know how to begin.

Like Das, there are many parents in the metropolis who constantly worry about theirchild’s security, but are hesitant to introduce the subject of séxuality at a tender age.
According to experts, parents should start introducing the subject as early as two years.
But this is easier said than done.
“I had many questions in my mind. How to initiate the process? When is the right age to broach sensitive topics like good touch and bad touch? How to explain to a child who can barely talk or comprehend. How to be comfortable with your child while discussing it and how to make the talk comfortable,” Das said.
According to parenting expert Bhavna Awasthy, it is very important for parents to talk to their children about right and wrong “touches” considering the growing number of cases of séxual assaults on kids.
“I know it isn’t easy. You can’t just get up one day when your child is of 10 years and say ‘Let me discuss it now’. I am sorry to say, but that’s too late,” Awasthy said.
“The right age is two years. At this age, the child doesn’t understand the consequences of a good touch or bad touch. The thought has to be etched into their minds by reinstating the fact that their parents are the most important people in their life and they will be there with them whatever happens,” she added.
Child-care expert Vaneet Parmar agreed.
“Children should be told again and again that ‘Mom and dad will always be there for you. We are your best friends and you have to tell us everything’. The child then starts confiding in you,” he said.
Parmar said the next step is to explain to the child what a wrong act is.
“Séxual molestation happens usually in schools,” he pointed.
“The parents should reinforce the fact in the child’s mind that whenever he goes to the toilet he will have to follow the same process minus his parents. If there is a change in action or anyone else coming into the picture, the child should protest by saying ‘no’ to that person. The parents should also tell the child to inform them immediately,” he said.
Awasthy said it is important to tell a child that no one, other than a parent, can touch his or her privatéparts.
“They should be told that no one can touch their privatéparts other than their parents or grandparents (if they are looking after the child). So, if there is a third person breaking the chain, action has to be taken,” she added, saying the parents should be very specific and clear about the instructions.
After these initial steps, parents should focus on building a bond with their child.
“It should be a trust building relationship from then on. After the age of two, the child grows up fast. But what the parents have told the child at that age will always remain in his or her mind,” Awasthy added.
Experts said after the age of two, the parents should sit again with their kids when they turn eight to explain what would be the consequences of a wrong act.
“These days, the innocent days of children have already been snatched by the massive media exposure. Children mature fast. They know. But parents should also not take it for granted that a child will learn about horrific terms like rapé, moléstation or abuse on their own,” she added.
“When your child is eight, you have to move beyond the act part and talk about the affects it will have on them and on the family,” Parmar added.
“We offer an authentic community of parents who can interact with each other and discuss the issues that concerns them. Every parent will have his way of dealing with a particular problem. We have also roped in experts to guide the parents in parenting,” he added.
“But parenting is not an easy thing to do, especially in today’s time. it is all about patience and understanding,” Pandey said.

Ways To Make Reading Fun For Your Kid

readingkids8323361
With other attractive options like television and laptops, the habit of reading often takes a backseat among children.
Here’s how you can make reading fun for your kid.
Read out aloud
Studies show that regularly reading out loud tochildren not only helps them enjoy the book better but also produces significant gains in theirreading comprehension, vocabulary and decoding of words. Whether your children are preschoolers or preteens, it will increase their desire to read independently.
Surround kids with reading material
The reading material should be easily accessible in your house. If your child has a book lying around, he/she is more likely to pick it up and begin to read rather than reach out for the television remote.
Be a reading buddy
It is likely that your child will start reading if he/she sees you reading too. So, establish a daily 15 to 30 minute time when you grab a book and cozy up with your kid to read.
Encourage reading activities
Who says reading only means sitting in a corner with a book? Encourage your children to read on-the-go too. You could ask them to spell out hoardings on the road or read menu cards at restaurants.
Go shopping for books
Instead of bringing books home, involve your child while shopping for books. It will also help you understand the kind of books that the child likes.

SEE Banky W’s Reaction To Forbes List

EME chairman, Banky W spoke with Nigerian Tribune recently on several issues and he shared his though about the recently released Forbes 10 bankable artists.I don’t believe very much in such things. Let’s be
honest, the real wealthy people are the businessmen like Dangote and the politicians (some of whom got there by looting Nigeria).

They’re the ones with real money. This entertainment business is too much hype. It is more fame than fortune. So I’m not thrilled to it and I don’t think any of us should buy into it too
much. I’d rather be wealthy and quiet than famous and broke.

"I regret marrying Frank Edoho" - WIFE

In a compelling exclusive interview with TheNetng, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ host Frank Edoho's wife, Katherine Obiang, who has three kids for the TV host talked about her 7-year old marriage to Frank. How it should never have been, how they should have rather stayed friends.
  • How are your kids?

They are great.
  • And how are they taking the whole divorce issue?
We are not really divorced. It’s still a work-in-progress kind of thing but we are taking it well. When its time for him to see the children, he does and when its time to return them, he does. On my part, I
have carried the children along and make them understand they are not stained because of it. I wouldn’t want them to develop a complex because of it. We didn’t design for these things to happen but they do. It's like people who have lost their parents, they didn’t plan for it but they have to move on. I watch them and I think they are doing pretty okay especially because we talk about it every time there is a reason to.
  • You mentioned that you aren’t really divorced. Does that suggest possibility of reconciliation?
No, it doesn’t. We just started the process but there isn’t any hope for reconciliation. We know we would always be in each other’s lives because of the children, so we have to be civil. When the children are getting married for example, we have to hide our differences and make it work.
  • What if he (Frank) came back, would you consider it?
No. Three years have gone by. It will be a whole entire process of knowing somebody all over again and I don’t have the energy to do that. We’ve let it burn and I don’t think he will do that.

  • Do you sometimes miss him?
He had such a great sense of humor. I don’t know if he still does. His sense of music too, being a radio presenter, and we used to exchange thoughts on things regarding that, but otherwise, I don’t miss him in that nostalgic way of…It’s a part of my life I have come to terms with. I am a solution oriented person. He was part of my life for more than 10 years (dated for four years and got married for 7 years).
  • Looking back at everything, do you wish you never got separated?
No, I think Frank and I should not have gotten married in the first place. We should just have been friends because he was an awesome friend. While I was dating someone else and he had to go back to his country, he (Frank) was there all through and I had known him all the while he was in the University of Calabar and we started our career together. I think we shouldn’t have pushed it to marriage and just stayed as friends.

  • Any regrets about that?
No. I have three lovely kids to show for it and of course, every thing happens for a reason and a purpose. They can only make us better or stronger people and it has done so for me. I have grown from what went wrong.
  • What is usually the cause of the fight?
I think it's impatience, anger and not knowing how to deal with issue in the now, so you react before you think. It goes like, ‘huh, how dare you say this to me…is that what you will say?’ I can’t remember any one in particular, it has been long now, I have moved on and it’s not a thing that can happen to me again but I always say no matter what, a man should not raise his hands on a woman. A woman should also not goad a man too much. It takes nothing from the man who walks away because once he hits a woman, he starts to think it is justifiable. Unfortunately, we are in a society where we have friends that will give you thumbs up for doing that. A man should be calmer and not react on the now.
  • Are you making efforts to ensure that your son isn’t wrongly influenced by this?
I have a son and I talk to him all the time. I let him know he must be there to protect his sister. They should look at him and feel safe with him and he knows that. The girls also push him and I caution them, so it’s a balance.
  • Were you hit by the rumors of his recent marriage?
I didn’t want to believe he was because we are still married (legally). We are not divorced, so I didn’t see how that was possible and didn’t loose sleep over it. I’m not asking him not to go on with his life but things should be done properly. We are separated for three years and now in the divorce process. If he found happiness and love, then I’m happy for him.
  • Will you be trying your hands on marriage again?
You just never know.
  • If you would, what kind of man would he be?
You come to a point in your life where you can’t afford to do things out of adrenaline but with great thought. It would be a more mature person, someone who is calm and has a fine sense of how life should be. Someone who is mature, wise and seen life and the ways of the world and knows what he is doing at every time.
  • When you think about all that has happened, does it bring tears to your eyes?
No, I feel a sense of disappointment instead especially now when the children come home with questions that I need a man to answer, if he (their father) were around. For example, someone to be there for my son at a time when he is writing his common entrance examination. It’s a feeling of disappointment, but you know, we have to rise above them and you go on.
  • What was your reaction the very first time it happened?
I’m like these things happen in marriages but we think of reconciliation and getting families involved. It is your first trial in marriage and nobody gives a guideline about how things are going to be.
  • Apart from being part of the Project Alert, what other steps have you taken to help women who are battling with domestic violence?
I talk to them but in the end, I let them know, the decision is theirs. A friend of mine was involved in this and after we talk, she will go back to him. No matter what platform there is, it rests on the individual. It is what I have arrived at. I still share my story when I have the chance to.

CONFESSION OF A ‘s*x ADDICT’: I Love s*x So Much, I Prefer It To Food

A reporter got more than he bargained for at the Elegushi beach in the Victoria Island area of Lagos as he engaged a lady in a discussion.
sex_addict
To his disbelief the 26 years old lady, identified as Ella, boldly told the reporter that she loves s*x so much so that she enjoys it more than real food.
“See, I don’t need money from any guy. All I want is good, hot s*x! But the problem I have with most of you guys is that you are not bold enough to ask a girl you just met for s*x even though you all want it. Most girls want it too, they want you to just make the move to shag them. Even if they are complaining or insulting you don’t stop. You know we girls pretend a lot.”
The lady, whose ID revealed she is a marketer with a new generation bank, revealed that she likes going to the beach which is very close her apartment, every evening to have a good rest and ‘most importantly get laid’.
As if that was not enough, Ella threw the bombshell “I have s*x with my boss every day in his office, the chauffeur too every evening, but they can’t satisfy me at all. That’s why I have to come here every evening to get laid by more guys. I must have s*x at least 8 times every day. It’s like heaven!”.
Ella went on to explain to the reporter that she couldn’t wait to complete this week’s dose of 56 rounds.
She also acknowledged the fact that many would think it is abnormal, but she insisted that making love eight times a day can’t really satisfy her. She says there is nothing wrong in being an addict.

“All the men I have met always have to admit they can’t cope with my s*xual urge
,” she boasted.

Kunle Afolayan: “I may not live long”

Yoruba actor and movie producer Kunle Afolayan shocked his fans with his recent Facebook message.
The hardworking filmmaker said he was afraid he may not live long due to his obsession with film making.
Just off the set of his soon-to-be-released epic movie, ‘October 1′, the workaholic filmmaker took to Facebook to post his thoughts.
Read what he wrote:
”My Obsession with filmmaking makes me think I may not live long.I forbid it though. I got back to Lagos yesternight very tired and sleepy after 42days of shoot, got home ate then went to bed. All I see through out my sleep are the shots I took and those that I felt I should have done differently. Woke up this morning and all I have in my head is the deadline of the Trailer release which is October 1 2013, in about 11 days and the completion of the whole project. Yes, am very passionate about film making but I think being too obsessed is not healthy”.
It was however gathered that the movie has already gulped a staggering sum of N100 million and about N200 million is still needed to see the movie to completion

How Cults Gain Power Over an Individual: a True Story

download (2)
I was a 17-year-old idealist when I was recruited into a group I would later call a cult. In 1997, I was attending a holy-ghost filled church in a small town in California where I was introduced to a group called Master’s Commission. They were “disciples” of Christ and used terms like “sold out” and “on fire”; terms I was familiar with from my upbringing in a charismatic church. Despite some familiar traits, this group was different. Almost immediately, the Master’s Commission disciples had me convinced that, by joining them, I would be joining an elite group of soldiers for Christ that would change the world by drawing people closer to God. As “soldiers” we would go to the ends of the Earth, using any means necessary to bring people to salvation. Within weeks I submitted my life to their cause and gave up my dreams to follow theirs.
