*.Log on to FUTO Direct Entry Online Application Portal


*.Click on Apply to start your application


*.Enter the Confirmation Number and the Receipt Number onthe eTranzact slipyou collected fromthe bank.


*.Enter your email address


*.Enter your UTME Registration Number and click on the 'continue' button.


*.Enter Basic Application Information's, Applicants Personal Information and Contact Information.

Click on 'continue' button to proceed.(Ensure to upload your picture, the size of which, should not be more than 64kb)


*.Academic Qualification Pageis displayed, enter the required information, then click on 'continue'.


*.Choose your result type and then enter your result details. Click on 'save' button to continue.


*.A new page that allows you to edit result details entered is displayed. Click on 'continue' button to proceed.


*.Preview your application and click on the box located at the bottom of the page that has beside it I certify that all the information provided by me in this formis correct and verifiable.


*.Then, click on the 'Complete Application' button to complete your application processes.

UNILORIN Post-UTME 2013 Awaiting Result (Results Update Deadline)

Information for UNILORIN Post-UTME candidates who used Awaiting Result¡ª University of Ilorin, UNILORIN 2013/2014 Post-UTME Candidates who participated in the Post-UTME screening held between Monday, 15th to Saturday 20th July, 2013 and used Awaiting Resultshould check the University website to update their result. The deadline to update the resulthas been given.

You might want to recall that some candidates used Awaiting Result when they registered for University of Ilorin, ( UNILORIN) Post-UTME 2013 Screening.

Candidates who are affected have been left a message on the official website of the University of Ilorin. The result of the Post-UTME Screeninghas since been released.

The message is simple and it goes thus:
2013/2014 Post UTME screening-Important information to applicants with awaiting result.

Instructions for candidates who used awaiting results.
Candidates who used awaiting results during the 2013/2014 Pre-Admission Screening Registration can now upload their results on the portal on/orbefore 15th of August, 2013.

After this date, the portal will be closed finally for this academic session.

FUTMINNA Ignores ASUU, Conducts 2013/2014 Post-Utme

In disregard of the threat byits branch of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the Federal University Technology, Minna, at the weekend conducted the post-UTME with over 5,000 candidates taking part in the exercise.
The ASUU in the institution had threatened not to recognise the candidates if the authorities decides to goahead with the UTME.
The university¡¯s chairman of ASUU, Dr. Abdulfatai Jimoh, insisted that the post-UTME is an academic exercise and will therefore be against the policy of the union if its members participate in such activity when they have been warned to suspend all academic activities.
According to him, ¡°if all academic members of staff are not on ground, who will oversee the conduct, marking and grading of the examination as it is done in the past. How will it be done without us, and that is what we are waiting to see.¡±
But the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics), Prof.Abdullahi Bala, dismissed thethreat by ASUU, saying that the institution decided to go ahead with the post-UTME because the conduct of the examination is exclusive responsibility of the office ofthe vice chancellor and not that of the ASUU.

FUOYE: 7,000 plus scramble for just 500 admission slots

Over 7,000 prospective students are scrambling for the 500 slots at the Federal University, Oye Ekiti.
The Vice Chancellor of the university , Prof Isaac Asuzu disclosed this to newsmen at the campus weekend during the 2013 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination(UTME)
He said it was the policy of the university that all the prospective applicants must write their examination online
Azuzu said the university would conduct the examination batch by batch for the remaining one week,as the institution can boast of having 250 computers
The VC said the university needs about N1.5 billion to provide facilities in the Faculty of Engineering.
The Professor of VeterinaryMedicine, said a committee had been raised to reach out to corporate bodies and international organizations to be able to actualize the target.
He said the mandated Entrepreneurial courses being offered by the
students of the University , was meant to correct the impression
being at local and international levels that Nigerian graduates are employable.
He further disclosed that theFederal Government has expended a sum of N3.5 billion to provide infrastructure in the institution, which he said was released in two tranches.
¡° For the faculty of Engineering to be a world class or 21st century Faculty, we will need up to N1.5 billion particularly to provide the best Laboratorythat will offer our students the best learning process. We cannot rely on government alone and that is why we are reaching out to private bodies¡±.
Azuzu said the institution is presently strengthening its Research and innovation Centre, saying the institution recently sent one of its Directors and academicstaff to China to understudysome new innovations in theareas of Science and Technology.

KASU Post UTME Registration has begun for 2013/2014, important dates here

The sale of scratch card for registration of 2013/2014 post UTME screening for admission into Kaduna state University has begun.

KASU is inviting all candidates who chose Kaduna State University to the screening exercise as follows:

1. FIRST CHOICE in all degreeprogrammes.

2. Scored 180 and above in the 2013/2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Sale of Scratch Cards
This will commence on Tuesday, 6th August 2013 and close on Tuesday 20th August 2013.

Eligible candidates are expected to purchase a scratch card of N2,200.00 only (i.e. N1,000 for registration/ screening, N1,000 for result checking and N200 bank charges) from Unity Bank branches atBakori House, Ahmadu Bello Way, Kaduna, Zaria Main branch and Kafanchan Main branch or at KASU Consult inKaduna and Kafanchan campuses.

Method of Registration

1. Eligible candidates MUST complete the online form as failure to do so automaticallyforfeits his/her chance of being allowed to participate in the Post UTME Screening Exercise.
2. After purchase of scratch card, click on the REGISTER NOW button below; to enter your JAMB Registration Number and PIN Number.
3. An eligible candidate is requested to upload his/herscanned COLOUR passport photograph with WHITE background in JPEG format which should not exceed 10KB.
4. On uploading the passport, a candidate is expected to first preview, confirm, and then click on the CONTINUE button to complete his/her application.
5. Your o'level results and the Screening Exercise subjects must be entered. If you are awaiting for your O'Level results, indicate by typing AR against the subjects.
6. No complaint of wrong or blank picture or wrong information entered will be entertained after submission.
7. Application website will close by midnight on Tuesday 20th August 2013.
The registration slip and thebank teller will be demandedof the candidate to identify him/her at the screening centre to enable him/her to participate in the exercise.The photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University.

The candidates should comealong to the screening centre with the following items as failure to do so automatically forfeits his/herchance of being considered for 2013/2014 admission into the University:

1. 2 copies of your online Registration Slip.
2. JAMB Registration Online Slip.

3. Writing Materials (HB Pencils, sharpeners, biros and Eraser).
Note that GSM and calculators or any other electronic devices are NOT allowed.

4. Four Figure Table (where applicable).

5. Payment Receipt.

6. One passport-size photograph.

Details of the screening exercise will be shown on your registration slip as soon as you complete your registration.

ABSU 2013/2014 Departmental Cut-off marks for admission

Below are the departmental cut off marks of all the department in Abia state university Uturu for the 2013/2014 admission exercises.

The essence of this publication is to let the aspiring students who took the post utme exams know their chances of gaining admission in to the institute this year and as well make adequate preparation or probably change their courses.

The cut off marks are determined by your jamb score plus your post jamb score divided by 2 (two) to get your aggregate. eg. jamb score 210, post ume score 240, aggregate = 210 240 / 2 = 225
